The manifesto itself is already outdated: one way or another, approaches are already being applied or not being applied - customers and performers are well aware of their limitations, preferences, and so on.

Everyone inside the company already knows about the manifesto and generally tries to follow it.

It is suitable for the education of new customers, but, of course, not always, which is also normal.

This does not apply to agile frameworks: they are relevant, because the rules of daily work are based on them.
